Eligibility for Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, incorrect, or do not match the product description. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: undergarments, swimwear, clearance or sale items, and products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@urbanloomclothing.store with your order number, product details, and reason for return. Once approved, you will be given instructions for returning the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified about the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original method of payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges

Damaged or Wrong Products
